About Rift 2 Reef Aquatics

Rift to Reef Aquatics is a family owned and operated business located in Lewisville, Texas. We provide a large selection of rare marine fish, corals, and invertebrates. We specialize in rare cichlids from the rift lakes of Africa and the rivers of South America and we have the largest selection of cichlids and corals in Denton County.

We offer custom aquarium installations for any size up to 20,000+ gallon acrylic setups. From custom furniture to in-wall setups, Rift to Reef is up to the task. We also offer aquarium maintenance. We will accommodate any setup in your home or office and will treat your aquarium as if it were our own.

Established in early 2007, we are continuing to expand. With over 1600 square feet and over 2400 gallons of freshwater and 1800 gallons of water dedicated to marine life, we provide our customers with hard to find aquatic rarities that our competitors do not offer or carry. If it’s legal to house in the state of Texas we can and will get it for you. We have received many compliments from customers who tell us that this is the first time they have found a specific species they had only previously seen in books or on the internet. We receive livestock and dry good shipments 4-5 times weekly so special orders can be accommodated quickly.

We also carry a full line of Reptiles and supplies for their upkeep. We are currently building this part of our business and have enough space to eventually house the largest selection of reptiles and related animals in the area. We carry a full line of feeders from pinkies to rats and crickets to fruit flies. We bring in animals from all over the world from the smallest dart frog to the largest snake. We will gladly bring in anything you are having trouble locating.
